What model number is my Series 7 chair?

The Series 7 chair comes in several variations:

  • 3107 – Without armrests
  • 3207 – With armrests
  • 3117 – Office chair without armrests
  • 3217 – Office chair with armrests
  • 3187 – Low barstool (64 cm seat height)
  • 3197 – High barstool (76 cm seat height)

What model number is my Ant chair?

The Ant Chair comes in two variations:

  • 3100 – 3-legged version
  • 3101 – 4-legged version

LEATHER

What’s the difference between Comfort and Premium leather?

  • Comfort – Covered leather (approx. 1mm thick)
  • Premium – Semi-aniline leather (approx. 1.3mm thick)

We recommend ordering free leather samples to get the best impression of color and quality. You only pay for shipping, which we credit with a subsequent leather goods order. Read more about leather types here

DELIVERY

What does shipping cost?

  • Within Denmark
    • Free shipping for purchases over 800 DKK.
    • For orders below 800 DKK, shipping costs are applied based on the delivery method chosen.
  • Outside Denmark
    • Shipping costs are applied based on the delivery method and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Leather samples
    • You cover the shipping cost, but this amount will be credited toward a future leather goods purchase. The shipping fee is estimated at checkout.

Do you deliver outside of Denmark?

Yes, we ship internationally. Note that shipping costs apply to all international orders. Shipping prices are displayed when choosing a delivery method at checkout.
If your country is not available during checkout, contact us here – we will investigate the possibility of delivery.

How do I return my item?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item (extended to 31 January for purchases between 24 Nov – 24 Dec).

Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the item. The item must be in the same condition as when received – any depreciation in value may affect the refund.

How do I make a complaint?

First, read our terms and conditions regarding complaints here, which you accepted at the time of purchase.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Send an email with a detailed description and pictures of the defect to (email).
  2. We will confirm receipt of your complaint.
  3. Return the item securely via parcel post or in person by agreement. Please note that you are responsible for any damage if the item is not properly packed.

Can I visit you?

We don’t have a showroom, so please contact us in advance if you wish to visit. Let us know what you would like to see, as well as the date and time, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmation.

How do I remove the upholstery from my Series 7 chair?

If your chair has old and worn upholstery, you can remove it and potentially install a new cover. This is done at your own risk.

Here’s how to remove the upholstery:

  1. Use pliers to remove the leather and foam.
  2. Scrape off any glue and foam residue with a spatula.
  3. Optionally sand the surface to make it smooth.

Be aware that uneven areas may be visible even after the cover is installed.
